If the window shown in the below image appears then your machine is able to run virtualization environment.


Now the next step is to download the windows xp mode file that are contained in one file.There are two file that need to be downloaded on your machine.The Windows XP Mode file is a large file of 500MB so I suggested you to download it via some fast downloading clients.Before download you have to select the edition of your microsoft windows 7 and language.After that a link will be provided to download the files on this website which is of microsoft -

After you have installed both the files on your Windows 7 operating system you can access Windows XP Virtual Mode through start->All Programs->Windows Virtual P->Windows XP Mode to begin setup.
